Cancellation and Refund

Once the advance payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By paying the advance, the client confirms acceptance of the agreement terms and authorizes the agency to begin allocating time, manpower, tools, and other necessary resources for the project.

Upon receipt of the advance amount, the agency immediately reserves a dedicated client slot, assigns team members, and schedules project execution. In many cases, other potential client opportunities may be declined to honor this commitment. Because of this allocation of resources and planning, the advance payment cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted against any future services.

No cancellation, modification, pause, or termination of the agreement—whether initiated by the client before or after the commencement of services—will qualify for a refund of the advance payment.

If the client decides to discontinue the services after the project has started, no refund or credit will be issued for any payments already made, including the advance and any subsequent payments.

This non-refundable policy ensures serious commitment from both parties, protects the agency’s operational planning, and allows for effective scheduling, resource management, and service delivery.
